What we store
Your account email and name, and the decks you create.
Google sign-in
If you sign in with Google, we keep your name, email and profile picture. The picture is shown only to you.
Your uploads
Text, PDFs, images and audio you add are sent to Google Gemini to generate your deck. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, CSV and subtitle files are read in your browser and only their text is sent. Web links are fetched by our server to read the page, and YouTube links are passed to Gemini. We don't store your files or the pages we read.
Analytics
PostHog records how the app is used, including session replays. Deck content and your email are masked in replays.
Hosting
The app and its database run on Cloudflare. Sign-in codes are emailed through Resend.
Payments
Pro is billed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Your card details go to Dodo, never to us. We keep your plan, its status and Dodo's customer and subscription IDs.
Feedback
Feedback messages and the email you give are stored and emailed to the owner.
Cookies
A cookie keeps you signed in. Analytics keep an anonymous ID in your browser.
Deleting
Delete any deck from My decks and it disappears from your account. We keep a copy in case you need it back; to have it erased for good, or to close your account, email thisisyashgarg@gmail.com or message @thisisyashgarg on GitHub.
